Get Ready! This year’s Open Enrollment is October 1st – 31st. Open enrollment is passive again this year. This means that you don’t have to enroll
unless you are making changes to your elections, electing a 2018 Flexible Spending Account, or opting out of coverage. Don’t forget, Open Enrollment is your one opportunity each year, outside a status life change, to make changes to your existing coverage.
Open Enrollment Guides have been mailed out to those that did not elect electronic delivery of benefit information this year. To view Open Enrollment information online simply follow this link to view all of the 2018 Benefit Information including a helpful video summary of options.
Enrollment is Easy! Once again there will be 3 different ways you can participate in benefit enrollment this year:
- Go Online to www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.
- Meet with a Benefit Specialist during On-Site meetings scheduled at many of the terminals. Get with your Terminal Manager for your specific schedule.
- Call 1-866-824-2534, starting October 2nd, Mon. through Fri. from 8am to 8pm EST. A Benefit Representative will be available to answer questions, review plans and complete the enrollment process for you, if needed.
