Open Enrollment 2022 is Happening Now!

We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online information and enrollment page for Open Enrollment 2023. Don’t forget you will only have until October 31st to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a qualifying Life Event.  You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all your benefit elections the same for 2023.  They will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year.  The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.   If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2023 you will need to use one of the 3 enrollment options below to make that election. 

Enrollment is Easy! 

1.    Go to http://www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll. 

2.    Meet with a Benefit Specialist Virtually during On-Site meetings scheduled in terminals.  See your Terminal Manager for a local schedule. 

3.    For questions call 1-833-703-1967, any time during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 8pm EST.  A Colonial Life Representative will be available to answer questions and review your plan information.  Please use Employer Code 3098209 when calling in.

 Also, don’t forget!  If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for communication from Alight, our Dependent Verification partner, that will be arriving to your home mailbox containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added to your benefits during both this year and last year’s open enrollment period.
