As 2015 has now come to a close, we know many of you are anxiously awaiting your 2015 W-2 in order to begin your tax filing process.
We are excited to announce that we are introducing a quicker and more efficient delivery of your W-2 information. Current employees are NOW able to access their W-2 on-line through the FirstFleet portal. This process is very simple and similar to the process everyone uses to access their weekly pay information today. Those who do not download the tax forms online will have forms mailed 1/31/2016.
This year all full time, benefit eligible employees will be receiving a new tax document along with your W-2 which you will need for filing your taxes. A Form 1095-C is now required by the Affordable Care Act for all benefit-eligible employees with FirstFleet. This document will state your medical benefit information that is now required to be reported on your taxes.
Form 1095-C will be posted online with your Federal W-2 for 2015.
We want everyone to be aware this form is coming, and you will NEED it to file your Federal taxes! If you would like to learn more about the 1095-C form here is a FAQ link.
The steps to access your 2015 W-2 & 1095-C information are as follows:
- Login at firstfleetinc.com and navigate to myPortal.
- Select the Employee tile to narrow the list of items.
- Tap or click the item which reads W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.

On the page that loads you will be provided with a link to access the Online tool which will give you immediate access to the payroll and tax forms necessary for your tax filing by following the onscreen instructions.
