Open Enrollment for the 2016 plan year starts on October 1st!
By now each of you should have received an Open Enrollment benefit packet with important information regarding enrollment opportunities and changes for the upcoming 2016 benefit year.
As in past years, between October 1st and October 31st, you'll have the opportunity to enroll one of three ways; during an on-site enrollment meeting, via telephone at the designated call center, or directly by visiting the open enrollment website.
For any location with 10 or more employees, managers are working with Colonial Life to set up on-site enrollment meetings where every eligible employee may meet in a private 1-to-1 session with a benefit counselor. Check with your fleet manager to see when your location's meeting has been scheduled.
To enroll by telephone Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, call 1-866-294-4050. A benefit counselor will explain all the options available to you and your covered dependents.
If you choose to participate via online enrollment you may do so from October 1st - 31st. Just visit the FirstFleet internet site at
www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access the open enrollment site. Once there, you will see information to connect you with the available online enrollment options.
