Back Back to School Stress Monday, August 26, 2013 As summer comes to an end, some children will begin to anticipate going back to school and having to deal with everything a new school year brings. Notebooks? Check. New Pencils and new sneakers? Check. A case of the jitters or even a bit of anxiety? For some, maybe that, too. Lately, there has been an increasing focus on “ back to school stress”. For most some degree of stress is completely normal, however some children have a greater degree of stress and anxiety that parents may want to address.
