Because there were some issues with the Harmony site closing a day early we had a number of people who had waited until the next to the last day to participate that were unable to make their elections for 2011. We are going to open the call center and the Harmony on-line self-enrollment site again for one day only, Friday November 5th. The hours are noted below as well as the phone number and website information.
Call Center:
Friday, November 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Self-Enroll Online:
Friday, November 5th from 12:01 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.
· You will be asked for a USER NAME and PASSWORD
· Your USER NAME is FFI-plus your Social Security Number (example: FFI-123456789)
· Your PASSWORD is the first four characters of your last name followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number (example: smit6789)
· Upon entering the enrollment system, you will be required to change your password, select and answer a security question, and agree to do business electronically.
· Once you are logged in, you may begin your enrollment by clicking on the “Enter My Enrollment” button on the right side of the Home Page.
Next, follow these steps:
1. Review “Me & My Family.”
2. Choose your plans through “My Benefits.”
3. Click “Finish.”
4. When you click “Finish”, you will be able to view and print a summary of your selections.
